The Cutting Board Academy (TCBA) is dedicated to educating families and communities on the importance of healthy eating through Food Literacy and Nutrition Education. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we are an organization that provides a number of short courses and workshops and other programming focused on Food Science/Processing, Culinary Arts and Nutrition principles.
We also provide a number of professional services including Nutrition Insights, Food and Menu Planning/Development, Food Quality/Safety to corporate and community organizations. Dubbed as the “Food Nerds”, TCBA differentiates itself from other Food and Nutrition Education organizations by using the principles of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) for a deeper dive into understanding Food and its impact on one’s body upon consumption.
